By placing a booking on this website you are agreeing
to the following terms and conditions:

Bookings

All orders bookings are subject to acceptance by The Wellington School of Floristry and we reserve the right to reject any booking without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received via the payment. Prices shown are inclusive of GST at the prevailing rate (at present 15%). All deposits are non-refundable after 48 hours have lapsed from booking online.  

The cardholders statement and the payment record will show that the purchase has bee made from The Wellington School of Floristry.

Refunds

We are happy to refund or exchange an evening or short course as long as notification is given within 7 days of booking confirmation.  Refunds sought after this period will not be refundable.

Changes to your Booking

If you wish to change your order, please do so via 021 967 600 or by the website or; email us at admin@wsof.co.nz.

Payment Problems

Our website has a secure checkout and payment gateway facilitated by Paypal. However, occasionally bank-related payment failures occur that prevent us from accepting your booking immediately. This can be due to banks being down, details entered incorrectly or by in-sufficient funds. If this should happen, we are able to take your booking payment details over the telephone so, don't hesitate to contact us should a problem arise on 021 967 600.
